Almond oil has been used for centuries to soothe the skin and treat minor wounds and cuts. It has been used in ancient Chinese and Ayurvedic practices to treat skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Almond oil is an effective moisturizer and healing ingredient for many different skin types. It's noncomedogenic, which means it's unlikely to cause clogged pores or breakouts.
More than soothing dry skin, almond oil can improve complexion and skin tone. It’s highly emollient, which means it helps to balance the absorption of moisture and water loss. Because it is antibacterial and full of vitamin A, almond oil can be used to treat acne. Its concentration of vitamin E can also help to heal sun damage, reduce the signs of aging, and reduce appearance of stretch marks and scars.

Shea butter is a natural fat that comes from nuts from the shea tree.
Shea butter contains components that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, such as triterpenes. These compounds aid in cell mitigation, collagen deposition, and cell proliferation.
As an emollient, shea butter locks moisture into skin. Shea butter also contains linoleic acid, also called Omega-6 fatty acid.

Castor oil has anti-inflammatory and pain-reducing properties. It may help reduce skin inflammation, support wound healing, and aid in pain reduction in wounds.

A hybrid between Lavender and Spike Lavender, Lavandin’s aroma is sweet, fresh, and floral. The aroma is said to enhance mindfulness and relaxation. It’s slightly more camphorous and herbaceous than lavender, but has similar therapeutic properties.
Because it’s high in camphor, lavandin can be more stimulating for blood flow which can provide comfort to aching joints and muscles. It also offers anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti fungal, and antiviral properties.
Lavandin essential oil is great for insomnia, jet lag, and other issues that disrupt the circadian rhythm.
