In addition to Vitamin D, E, A, Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids, pasture-raised pork tallow also contains CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Its natural composition can help soothe irritation and reduce redness, making it ideal for sensitive or acne-prone skin.

Rosehip oil contains a wealth of essential fatty acids, including linoleic and linolenic acid. Fatty acids help keep cell walls strong so they don’t lose water. The many fatty acids in rosehip oil make it an excellent option for hydrating dry skin. The skin also easily absorbs the oil, allowing its antioxidants to travel deep into the skin’s layers.
Collagen is the building block of skin. It’s essential for skin elasticity and firmness. Your body naturally makes less collagen as you age. Retinoids are known for their ability to reduce hyperpigmentation and fine lines.

The linoleic acid in sunflower oil makes it effective for protecting skin against bacteria and germs. Linoleic acid helps to maintain the skin’s natural barrier, supporting its ability to retain moisture. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect Trusted Source when used topically.
Generally speaking, there are three main classes of moisturizers: Humectants, which draw water into the skin; occlusives, which trap water in the skin; and emollients, which fill the gaps between skin cells to give the skin a smoother feel. Sunflower oil falls into the latter category. It can help soften and smooth dry, rough skin while helping to protect it against further damage.
