Farm-fresh breakfast, made right at the market.

Every Saturday (May through October) we serve up hot, homemade bagel sandwiches using our heritage Kunekune pork and farm fresh eggs straight from our family farm. We partner with a beloved local bagel bakery (5 Borough Bagels) and cook everything fresh at the Downtown Des Moines Farmers’ Market.

What Makes It Different

We’re the only prepared food vendor at the market making sandwiches with ingredients from our own farm.

  • Our heritage Kunekune pigs are pasture-raised with care for rich, nutritious pork

  • Our eggs are hand gathered from happy hens roaming free on our farm

  • We partner with a local bagel bakery to bring golden, kettle-boiled bagels
